One on One Pain Relief Session- Zoom or Face Time Call

The first step in helping  you resolve your pain, reduce stress and feel better, is to have you complete a Personalized Stress Assessment. When you book your appointment, I will email a Health History and Stress Assessment for you to complete and send back to me. 

At your session, we will first go over your Assessment, looking for patterns, concerns, mis-alignments, etc. 

Then we will have a 1 hour session, using Quantum Touch Energy Healing to help with alignment, pain reduction, etc.

The next step will be creating a treatment plan with further sessions, exercises, stretches or relaxation techniques, customized for you to help retrain your body and mind to take control of the muscles, thought patterns, beliefs or trapped emotions that are the root cause of the pain. 

My goal is to help you be as close to pain free as possible by the end of our session! Then we will give you the tools to help you continue to heal your body, retrain the muscles and release old physical and mental patterns contributing to your pain.
